What will it be like to work together?

Something I’ve learned over years in this field: you can’t skip straight to fixing things. People need to feel truly seen and heard first, and only from that place does real change become possible. That’s the foundation everything else sits on.

How we begin

We start by slowing down. I get to know your story, what brought you here, and what you’re carrying, at a pace that feels safe. There’s no rush to fix anything.

The tools I bring

Once there’s trust, we get curious about your patterns. I bring in practical CBT and ACT tools, like naming your emotions, catching “should” thoughts, setting boundaries, and pausing with curiosity before you react, so you build a toolbox that fits your life.

I also bring in meaning-making, because change that lasts needs more than strategies. A song that stays with you, a movie that hits close to home, a walk in the woods can all show you something about who you are and what matters to you.

Where it leads

Over time, the work turns toward coming back to yourself and what you want your life to feel like. Sometimes that includes creative work or moments of awe and wonder. That might mean deeper self-trust, more ease in your relationships, and a stronger sense of belonging, to yourself and to the world around you.

These stages often overlap, and we always move at your pace.
