Hello, and welcome. I'm Deepali.
I’m a licensed professional counselor and I work with adults who want to find deeper self-understanding, build meaningful relationships, and grow through life’s changes. I commonly treat anxiety, difficulty adjusting to new life circumstances, and disordered eating.
During our work together we will focus on building self-compassion, increasing self-trust, creating healthy expectations and standards for the self, challenging old rules and should statements, coping with uncertainty, and learning to manage anxiety.
I’m so glad you’re here.
I'm Deepali (she/her). I'm a South Asian therapist, an avid reader, world's biggest golden retriever lover (or all dogs, really), and a spicy food enthusiast.
I help people build real self-understanding, deepen their relationships, and move through life's bigger transitions. I connect especially with people who feel disconnected from themselves, and who are genuinely curious about who they are underneath it all.
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine human connection. I bring in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment principles to give sessions a practical shape. My work also carries an existential thread, helping people find a deeper connection to themselves.
You deserve a space where you can show up fully and feel brave, and like I'm on your team, because I absolutely am.

How I can help
-
CBT and ACT-based skills that help you build a coping toolbox that's actually yours, tools that fit your life.
-
Many of us carry experiences, beliefs, and patterns that made sense once but no longer serve us. We'll explore your past to understand how it still shapes how you think, feel, and show up today.
-
We'll help you learn to speak your needs clearly, set boundaries that are firm but not rigid, and connect more honestly with the people in your life, including yourself.
-
Building real emotional granularity: the vocabulary and awareness to tell the difference between, say, disappointment and resentment, so your feelings become information instead of noise.
-
The more precisely you can name what you're feeling, the more room there is for curiosity, including the kind that leads you toward awe and wonder. These are the emotions that connect us to something bigger than ourselves, making us feel small in the best way, while reminding us we belong.
